Overall, I’m pretty happy, although being the nervous Nellie I am, I’m considering re-uploading the image with black behind the color so you don’t get the white fringe on the inside. (The white lines on the outside are intentional.)

Anyway, I’ve been taking a bit of a break from writing, partly because I hit another roadblock, and partly because I’ve been working on a wedding website for my brother and sister-in-law-to-be.

I have the first part of the climax (of “Emptiness”) figured out, but now I’m working on figuring the second part.

As I’ve said before, I’ve been rewriting the first few episodes. Part of it was that I was revealing a bit too much of the story too soon, and part of it is, again, my nervous Nellie tendencies. (Am I using that phrase correctly?) I’ve had a just-for-fun TV series I’ve been writing and rewriting for about three years now because I’ve been so unsure of it. (I don’t know if that series will ever see the light of day, so I stole a couple of plot points for “Emptiness.” Is it really theft if you’re stealing from yourself?)
